JERKY!!!

We started making jerky with our new dehydrator!! The dehydrator is a great (and DELICIOUS!) addition to our ranch equipment.

Our first round was flavored mesquite and inferno (HOT HOT HOT).

This is round 2, the mesquite & sweet n hot.

We are turning 75 lbs of Bison meat into jerky. (100 percent Bison) The house smelled amazing. The flavors we are doing are: Mesquite, sweet and hot, original, and smoked original. We got our spices from Michlitch Company out of Spokane.
